How do I send you the photos for our puzzle?
Just email us 2 jpgs. That’s it. If you have actual pictures, we may be able to work with those as well. We can also photo shop a not so perfect photo of your child (for an additional fee)

How do I get you the information for my candle lighting or special poems ?
We begin by emailing you a questionnaire for your particular occasion.
You can fill it out online, type the info into a Word document or directly into an email or download it and send it via the USPS. Whatever works for you!
When we receive it back, we set up a phone conference.
Don’t worry! We’ll help you through it. You’ll find you know more than you think!
And you’ll find you’ll actually have some fun and laughs.
Do I get to make changes on the poem(s)?
Of course! These are your poem(s) and we want you to love them. You will always receive a 1st draft … and at that point you tell us what additions, deletions, changes, whatever you’d like, and we’ll gladly keep editing until you are all happy.
Does everyone do candle lighting gifts?
No. This depends strictly on you and your budget, but they are a unique and memorable memento appreciated by your candle lighters.
We frame (5” x 7”) each poem with a colorful graphic border based on your party’s theme. Each is presented in a uniquely wrapped package.
Each package is individually tagged.
We coordinate all colors to match your party’s scheme.
When can I expect delivery of the poems/gifts/puzzles
Delivery dates are established at the time of your order.
All gifts, framed poems and puzzles ship via UPS.
Jumbo candle lighting cards (Bar/ Bat Mitzvah or Sweet Sixteen) ship via USPS
We can proudly say that in 16 years we’ve never missed a date!

How is payment made?
We require a 50% deposit on all work (payable by check). Upon receipt of a signed contract and your deposit check….work will begin. Final payment is due upon receipt of your poem(s) or gift and your complete satisfaction.
