How do I get you the information you need?

We send you a detailed questionnaire for the particular occasion. When we receive it back, we call you with specific questions. Don't worry! We'll help you through it. You'll find you know more than you think!

Do I get to make changes on the poem(s)?

Yes, you will always receive a draft of the poem and are free to make any changes you would like. We'll keep making changes until you're happy!

Do I have color options for my candlelighting gifts?

Your candlelighting gifts will be tailored specifically to you and your party. All borders for the framed gifts will be designed around your child's theme. The colors of the wraps will be selected by you to coordinate with your party's colors.

When can I expect delivery of the poem or gift?

Poems or gifts will be received 1 week prior to the event. In the case of framed announcements, invitations, etc which are not tied to a specific date, we will get them to you as quickly as possible. You’ll always be apprised of the delivery date at the time of the order.

How is payment made?

We require a 50% deposit on all work ( payable by check). Upon receipt of a signed contract and your deposit check, work will begin. Final payment is due upon receipt of your poem or gift.

Do you gift wrap?

Any item can be beautifully wrapped and mailed directly to the recipient with an enclosed gift card.
